Prosciutto Pesto Chicken


  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup pre-made pesto (Costco’s my favorite)
  • 1 package (8-10 slices) prosciutto
  • Optional side: asparagus


  • Spray olive oil on bottom of glass baking dish
  • Coat chicken tenders in pesto, wrap in prosciutto
  • Bake in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes and check to see that internal temperature is at 165 degrees.
