- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup pre-made pesto (Costco’s my favorite)
- 1 package (8-10 slices) prosciutto
- Optional side: asparagus
- Spray olive oil on bottom of glass baking dish
- Coat chicken tenders in pesto, wrap in prosciutto
- Bake in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes and check to see that internal temperature is at 165 degrees.
