Hawaiian BBQ Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (better if real than powder)
  • A little salt, pepper, crushed red pepper
  • Optional: grilled pineapple, sesame seeds
  • Optional sides: white rice, snap peas

Recipe:

  • Smush all the ingredients together, then grill! Top as desired
