Most turkey burgers are dry and gross. These are not.
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup lite greek dressing
- 1 tablespoon greek or Italian seasoning
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese
- Sautee spinach and with a tiny bit of EVOO in a saucepan and let cool
- Combine all other ingredients in a big bowl. If it is too runny, you may need to add a bit more breadcrumbs.
- Create into burgers + grill!
